Best Coax and Service I have ever had...Thank You..Comments?
I love the LMR series
Comments?I received my order yesterday. Thank you for being prompt and having what you said you had. Understand this is the third place I placed this order. The first place the wire came without the connectors. The second place didn\'t have the product any longer and refunded me but I didn\'t know and they didn\'t email or call me to inform me. This all took place over about a 5 week period.
I recently purchased a variety of new jumpers to use in the ham shack and when doing portable work. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of your products. I would also like to mention the care in which every item is packed and bundled up. Your company is doing a great job!
Hi Marc, Thank you for your excellent product quality and attention to detail with these custom cable assemblies. We have started installing them into our transmitters and everything looks very good. Good work! Regards
I ordered 75 feet or RG-8X from you a few weeks back ... great stuff and speaking of stuff, when I ran the new cable I indeed followed your suggestions and put a pea-shaped hunk Stuf® on the center pin. After a year of soldering my own PL-259s onto RG-8X I have given up. Open connections, shorted connections, intermittent connections, SWRs all over the lot ...that plus burned fingers .... Better to buy from you guys.
Although many companies stock this material, it is very difficult to get good pricing. I am an American that lives in Canada (Vancouver, BC) and I have a company that operates in Blaine, WA. USA, so I have a US commercial address. I am also an amateur radio operator, hence this grounding need. Our local club (Langley Amateur Radio Association) will be putting on a grounding class next week at our monthly meeting. I will plug ABR as a supplier with great pricing. The local hams will order much materials and we also have a number of field projects with major radio installations and antennas. I will ensure everyone here knows about you. Most will have a US address in Blaine to ship to. Thanks so much for the very efficient reply.
I needed a length of cable for a mobile installation. This is GREAT. I'll never need to replace it during my remaining 15-25 years of life. Guess you could say, it lasts a life time!
I hope to find your delivery at home tonight. BTW...you make the best coax cables on the market! Best regards
Excellent Quality! Purchased a length of Andrew CINTA-600 cable with Type n connectors installed for my VHF/UHF base antenna. Arrived in a couple of days, well packaged. Absolutely top notch construction. I will be buying more cables in the future. Thanks Mark.
I am in the process of grounding my ham radio station. I have a copper 1 inch grounding bar to connect all my individual ground straps to. My question is 1: Do I need to run braided line to my ground rod outside my shack or can I use #4 electrical wire? 2: What width braided wire is recommended for grounding radio equipment. My runs will be less than 24 inches per piece of equipment. Thanks
Thanks for such great service. Got the package today.
Hi Marc,
I wanted to send you this quick email and thank you for such a fast turn-around with my coax cable order. I'm definitely going to be back and purchase more. I basically need to replace every feedline on my tower. It's been ten-years and that's a bit too long. Again, many thanks for such wonderful customer service.

Recently I decided to re-cable the seven antennas that I have up on my tower. The cables that were up there had been on the tower for many years. I decided to go with ABR LMR600UF and LMR400UF (depending on band) because I had purchased some high quality jumpers from ABR in the past. I opted to have ABR add labels to each cable so that was easy to identify each when they made their way to the shack. I am thrilled with the result. The cables came quickly and just as ordered with the correct labels. The quality and performance of the cables is excellent. Perhaps most importantly, the connectors were put onto the cables better than I could do myself, and I am pretty good at it. I will continue to use ABR for my cable needs. They are great folks to deal with.
Thank you for such fast service. I ordered the coax on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. I am off the air without it. I appreciate ABR.
Comments?just received my order of ground cables and protective caps and I am very pleased with the quality of the products
Hi, Great product, great quality, nice finish. Will send cable buyers to you guys.
Thanks for the recent order shipment. I was so impressed with your products that I entered a review for you on eham: They still have me as WG4R... I am now KA0K I hope this brings in some additional business! I'll be back in touch when I need some additional items!
Excellent products with great service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend ABR Industries.
Need a 50ft cable with a PL259 on one end and BNC on other. Preferably LMR400. Can you do this? Please quote if you can, thanks.

I really appreciated the call-back today. He had already given me acceptable information. I hope his grandkid is doing OK.
Thanks Marc. Enjoyed talking to you today and thanks for your help.
I received my order, and was delighted/impressed with the professional manner in which my order was processed. Good advise on the type of cable I needed, solid radio cable connections well packaged and supplemented with connection protection. Please thank everyone that helped processed my order for a "job well done"! It is not often that you order something over the phone or internet and it is handled so well. Thank you again. My radio is working a lot better with the new cables. Thanks for the fast service!!
These have to be the best LMR type cables I\'ve used. They are built well, and well, they\'re built here in Houston!
I was very impressed with ABR Industries. The order was exactly right, it arrived in good time, and the quality is exceptional
Received yesterday in good condition and as order! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year es gud DX de NU3H
Satisfaction is knowing that when you open the box from ABR, the items you ordered will be top quality. Always buy your cable assemblies from ABR and you will not be disappointed!
Truth be told, you shipped it so quickly, i never had a chance to get a tracking number for my order . it arrived right after i sent my question about shipping to you. the quality was super, my towers up and my ABS-2000 is side-banding better than ever. my TS-430S is very happy again. Thanks for everything.
Thanks so much for the great customer service. I found your company on the web, called you up and placed an order for a custom length of LMR-400uf w/PL-259's. The order was ready for pickup at 'Will Call' within an hour. With customer service like that I "will" be a return customer, without question.
I haven't had the need in awhile but when I do this is where I go for all my coax and cable needs. There is NO replacement for quality and good service. That is what you get from this company.
Hello!
I’m Ross Bennett. I live in Kilgore, Texas and have an Amateur Radio Station, KI5SR. I’ve been off the air a few years, but I’ve recently come back to the hobby with gusto.
Today I had a delivery from Ham Radio Outlet which included a couple of your cables—a 3 foot and a 50 foot—and got some extras I wasn’t expecting at all.
I knew I was getting some patch cables for the station, but until today didn’t know just what it meant to have an ABR cable. There were some extra touches that are inspired!
The safety covers you’ve placed over the PL-259s at either end are the first thing I noticed. That’s a nice touch. Keeping the connectors both protected and contained makes me feel good about popping it into either a tool box or a grab-n-go bag. I won’t have to overly worry about putting scratch-susceptible gear in with them.

The heat shrink over the end connectors has become fairly common, though certainly not universal. I’m glad to see you’re using them. Supplying the sheet with coax characteristics—shield type, dialectric information, VP, ratings and attenuations at common frequencies—is much the same. Getting common, but certainly not assumed.
But then the green identifying tag at the end of a cable identifying its type, length, lot number, and catalog number—oh, heavens you won me over with that. The usual stamping of cable type on the outer jackets are fine, but those green ABR tags are going to be worth their weight in gold.
The last touch might be lost on many people, but I bet a lot of people notice: The slip knot of elastic cord keeping the loops neat on the coiled cable is absolutely brilliant! I’m going to steal that trick from you when I’m packing away my own cables in between uses. It’s such an easy fix for a universal problem. I’m going to pick up a spool of elastic cord to keep with the go-bag just for making those when packing away a portable operation, and keep a spool in the house as well. It’s so simple and effective, it’s downright elegant.
Thank you very much for the care you’ve put into your product. I wanted to let you know that I noticed, and it made a big impression.
From now on I will not be saying, “throw in a patch of RG8X when I’m checking out at the ham supply shop.” I’ll be saying, “I’ll take one of those ABR cables, please.”
Yours very truly,
Ross Bennett
